Job Description:

• Disseminate the usage of unit, functional and integration tests among the team;
• Analysis and identification of technical areas of improvement within existing applications;
• Maintain current technical knowledge by documenting our applications;
• Deploy the applications you built to our cloud and monitor it;
• Follow the Agile ceremonies and its best practices;
• Proven professional experience with Java;
• Excellent software engineering principles (data structures, multithreading and algorithms);
• Experience with Spring framework;
• Excellent relational databases skills;
• Excellent knowledge about application architecture, clean code and good practices;
• Very good knowledge about Kafka and its concepts;
• The ideal candidate will have:
– Full stack Java Architect experience
– team lead experience – proven history of managing a team of 5- 10
– Cloud migration experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
– not less then 5 years of experience

– coming from banking/finance industry
