Function as the primary contact for monitoring daily SailPoint tasks, conducting immediate research, and resolving critical bugs to maintain operational stability. Work with multiple connectors, including JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle Direct, and custom connectors, to ensure seamless integration across various systems. Collaborate with developers and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams to review requirements and participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Validate database integrity by writing SQL queries to perform data verification and back-end testing on Oracle and MySQL environments. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); Business Administration is required. Work location: Frisco, TX, and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
